Bio:

Dr. Richelle R. McMillan is a native of Durham, North Carolina. She is a woman of God who was ordained as a minister of the gospel at the age of 16. Dr. McMillan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development from North Carolina Central University, Master of Science degree from North Carolina Central University, Master of Theology degree from Isaiah College and Seminary, and Doctor of Philosophy degree in Higher Education Leadership from Capella University. This powerhouse has served in several leadership roles in higher education and is now serving as Dean of Academics.

Dr. McMillan has been instrumental in overseeing various departments within her community and different ministries. She has assisted with implementing viable children's tutoring programs within several organizations. She has had the opportunity to train numerous organizational departments on specific topics such as servant leadership styles.

On October 10, 2015, Dr. McMillan was appointed Executive Pastor of Dominion Cathedral Ministries located in District Heights, Maryland, and she operated in that position for over two years. She now serves as an Apostolic leader and mentor to several women and men all over the world.

Dr. McMillan is the Founder and President of Richelle McMillan Enterprise, LLC. This new initiative is a monumental ministry called the Spiritual Sons & Daughters Movement. This platform entitled Pathway 2 Me empower women all over the world through mailing over 200 monthly hand-written personalized inspirational postcards and hosting weekly conference calls. In addition, her company collaborates with agencies in various ways—from delivering food boxes to making handmade chemo caps, gloves, and scarves for seniors. Dr. McMillan has made a commitment to equipping women around the country to reach their zenith and find their purpose in life.

Known for her clever mentoring and leadership styles, Dr. McMillan instills in people that their life is a vast opportunity of unlimited possibilities. She is actively involved in community activities and has a desire to move people towards discipleship, spiritual leadership through worship, ministry, and edification.

The breath of Dr. McMillan’s talents extends to being an author of seven books, titled The Gifts of Life Nobody Wants, All Eyes on Me to Achieve My Destiny, Behind Closed Doors: Married to the Church, My Wife is My Mistress, The Jesus Chair, Married to the Church, My Wife is My Mistress Sequel, and Why am I still Sin-Gle?

Dr. McMillan traveled extensively pre-pandemic to various states conducting book tours and hosting seminars. She writes mainly about fighting through tears and overcoming obstacles. Her speaking engagements offered spiritual nuggets and ignited global conversations to assist women with discovering their voice to speaker louder in their life.

One of her favorite scriptures is Romans 8:31 (NKJV), “What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?”
